FIX :

Start > Run > regedit.

Navigate to  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList

Create Expandable String Key  and named it "Public" Value: %SystemDrive%\Users\Public

Restart the computer and try installing office.
