Setup is unable to proceed due to the following error(s):
The installation of Microsoft Office 2010 requires that MSXML version 6.10.1129.0 be installed on your computer. Install this component and re-run setup.
Correct the issue(s) listed above and re-run setup.

•             Register MSXML6.DLL (Start-> Run-> regsvr32 MSXML6.DLL)

•             Give permission to the registry key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{F5078F18-C551-11D3-89B9-0000F81FE221}\6.0\0\win32

•             Change the reg value from %SystemRoot%\System32\msxml6.dll to c:\windows\System32\msxml6.dll and try to reinstall

•             Check if you can uninstall MSXML6 from Programs and features.

•             Follow the KB313222 for Windows 7 or Windows Vista

•             Uninstall and reinstall MSXML6 with the required SP for the same.
