Step 1:
Check for the Signature

- Open Outlook > click on Tools > Click on Options.
- Select Mail Format tab > select Signature tab.
- Check the settings for Default Signature (top right side)
For a New Message it
should show the Name of Signature
For Replies/Forward it
should be the Name of Signature
- Click on OK.
- Restart Outlook and check with a new email.
If signature is not present try step 2.
Step 2:
Create a New Signature
=======================
- Open Outlook > click on Tools > Click on Options.
- Select Mail Format tab > select Signature tab.
- Click on the New Tab
- Type the name of signature
- Create your signature.
- Check the settings for Default Signature (top right side)
For a New Message it
should show the Name of Signature (new one created)
For Replies/Forward it
should be the Name of Signature (new one created)
- Click on OK.
- Restart Outlook and check with a new email.
