Mail Merge Steps
1) Open database
2)Select the contacts to merge
3)save the fiile
4)open word processor blank document
5)click on tools >labels > mailing labels > ok
6)Select size of labels> new document
7)merge information from another type of file
8)browse & select the database
9)view results > shows results for all the contacts
10)tools > mail merge > filters & sorts > use marked data
