Missing personal folders in Outlook 2016

It is possible that the issue is caused by the changes made to the navigation pane. We suggest resetting the navigation pane to help you resolved the issue.
  1. Close Outlook 2016.
  2. Press Windows key + R to launch Run.
  3. Copy & paste the code below, and then press Enter to execute it.
    • Outlook /resetnavpane
If the issue persists, reset the views by following the steps below.
  1. Close Outlook 2016.
  2. Press Windows key + R to launch Run.
  3. Copy & paste the code below, and then press Enter to execute it.
    • Outlook /cleanviews
